Because everything is handmade and ingredients are purchased per order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

We ship using insulated packaging, gel packs/dry ice, and fast shipping so your food stays safe in transit.

Please bring your package inside as soon as it’s delivered.
