🔥 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (LebaneseFeastUSA)

📌 1. All Sales Are Final

Because all items are perishable, handmade, and custom-prepared to order, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled once the order has been placed.


We do not accept returns of any food items under any circumstance.

📌 2. No Refunds on Perishable Food


Due to food safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:


perishable food


temperature changes in transit


melted dry ice


packages left outside


incorrect addresses


customer not being home for delivery


customer failing to report an issue within the required timeframe

📌 3. Reporting an Issue (Required Within 1 Hour of Delivery)


If your order arrives damaged, warm, or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 1 hour of the carrier’s delivery time with all of the following:


1. Photos of the insulated box



2. Photos of the dry ice bag



3. Photos of the shipping label



4. Photos of the food itself



5. A description of the issue




This is required so we can assist with a carrier claim and determine if a reshipment or store credit is appropriate.


Requests made after 1 hour of delivery are not eligible for replacement or credit.

📌 4. Reshipments & Store Credit Only (No Refunds)


If the carrier (FedEx/UPS/USPS) delays, damages, or mishandles your package, we can offer:


✔ A one-time reshipment, OR

✔ Store credit for the affected items


Refunds are not offered, as carriers do not refund us for perishable shipments.

📌 5. Carrier Delays & Temperature Issues


We are not responsible for:


delayed packages


“delivery exception” notices


weather conditions


shipment reroutes


mechanical delays


packages marked “not suitable for delivery”



These are considered carrier issues, not product defects, and are not eligible for refunds.

📌 6. Incorrect Addresses or Customer Error


We cannot refund or reship orders when:


the wrong address was entered at checkout


the package was left outside too long


the customer was unavailable to receive the box


the customer requested delivery to a risky location (porch, mailbox, etc.)



No refunds or credits are provided for customer mistakes.

📌 7. Chargebacks


By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Filing a chargeback for issues covered in this policy will be disputed using:


tracking information


photos


proof of shipment


communication logs


temperature policy guidelines


carrier delay evidence



We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and report them when necessary.
